We prepay VAT on all orders sent to a UK delivery address. 
If you live outside the UK and are charged sales tax, please send us a copy of the tax invoice by email to onlinebeautybuys12@gmail.com, within 30 days and we will be happy to refund your money.

Standard delivery is FREE to the UK & Ireland, and international destinations.


Wherever possible, orders are dispatched within one working day of the order date. 
UK orders are dispatched by first class mail, please allow up to 8 working days for delivery to the UK. 
All other destinations are sent by International standard postage and can take 10-15 Working days to arrive.

A. Standard delivery is FREE to the UK & Ireland, and international destinations.



Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day of the order date. The majority of UK orders are received within 3-4 working days and international orders within 10-15 working days. However, we cannot guarantee the speed of the standard postal service and sometimes delays are experienced.



Q. Why are delays experienced sometimes?

A. Delays can occur for various reasons the most common are;



Incorrect Details - Once an order has been placed we are unable to amend these details. Please double check details are entered correctly, especially postcode and house/building number.

Lost In Transit - Occasionally parcels do get lost in transit. For UK deliveries we have to allow 14 working days before a parcel is deemed to be lost in transit.

Address Not Found / No Access to Building - Sometimes the Royal Mail cannot find an address or get access to a property. This can happen especially if customers live in a new building or live in a block of flats/apartments. Please contact our help desk or leave a short message in the special instructions box on the checkout screen if you think there may be an issue we should know about.

Industrial Action - Occasionally industrial action does happen. This can either occur in a local region of on a national basis, and Online Beauty buys cannot be held responsible for delays and loss of parcels.

Extreme weather conditions - In cases of extreme weather conditions we cannot be held responsible for delays; however we will do our best to keep our customers informed of the situation.



Q. What do I do if I have not received my order?

A. If you have not received your order after 8 working days (for UK orders) or 20 working days (for international orders), timed from receiving your dispatch notification please, initially check with your post office to ensure that they do not have the parcel. If they do not have it please contact us and our customer services team will be happy to investigate.



Q. What is your returns policy?

A. All products purchased through Online Beauty Buys are covered by our 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please return the unopened product to us within 30 days of your order date & we will give you a full refund. Please include a brief letter including your name and address, and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s).

For reasons of hygiene & safety, we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping (or show any signs of having been used) unless they are faulty.



Q. Do you ever run out of popular product lines?

A. Occasionally yes. In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock we will contact you within 72 hours of the receipt of your order. You will have the option of cancelling or continuing with the remainder of the order.
