Black Nitrocellulose Guitar Paint Lacquer

We stock a wide range of high quality nitrocellulose lacquers and paints suitable for use on any guitar project.

We’ve produced a range of colours found on popular guitar models and used our own Strat and Tele bodies for reference

This is the same type of lacquer as used on vintage Fender and Gibson guitars which, over time, will produce an aged, tarnished look to your instrument

These are true lacquers, as used by top guitar makers since the 1950s. They dry very quickly and produce a hard glassy finish, unlike other “pre-cat” lacquers

These paints and lacquers are very easy to apply and generally require no sanding in-between coats.

Solid colour lacquer with a glossy finish
400ml areosol with ellipitical nozzle for more control when spraying
Each can is enough for 4 or 5 coats of a Telecaster sized body (depending on coat thickness)
Aerosol produces a consistent fine spray.

We recommend finishing with a few coats of clear gloss for an even deeper shine and added protection

*Colour may vary slightly dedending on number of coats applied, wood type and preparation method.

Use only in a well ventilated area. Suitable breathing apparatus should be worn

Payment must be received within seven (7) days of your commitment to buy. Items not paid for after 7 days will be reported to eBay and an unpaid item report will be filed to recover the closing fees.

We are happy to offer combined shipping on all our items. Please contact us before paying and we will invoice you for all your items and reduce the postage costs where we can.

Please note: Combined items with a total value of more than £30.00 will be shipped via 1st Class recorded (UK) or International signed for (Europe & ROW)

We aim to despatch all orders placed before 2pm the same day (Mon-Fri). However, in some cases this may not be possible. In such cases orders will be posted the next working day. This includes Signed for and international deliveries. Orders involving parcel couriers (Guitar bodies, complete guitars) will be scheduled for collection the next working day after cleared payment.

Please note: Orders are not usually processed for shipment on weekends and holidays.

Faulty Goods
All goods are new, unless stated otherwise, and as such should arrive in perfect condition. Should you receive a damaged or faulty item please let us know and we will exchange the item or provide you with a full refund (whichever you prefer). Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. Please contact us through eBay communications and we will arrange a collection or send you shipping labels. We will, of course, pay all carriage costs

Non-Faulty Goods
We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered (or ordered in error) for exchange or refund. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.
