We will pay for the return of faulty goods but, in the case of unwanted items, the carriage cost for these returns will be met by the purchaser and a refund will only be given upon the safe undamaged receipt at our depot. Returned items remain your responsibility until we receive them and should be in the same condition as when they were supplied.
We make every effort to ensure our product details are accurate and our products of the highest quality. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds are issued once a unit has been safely returned to our depot complete with all packaging and contents.
