This phone looks beautiful, and is really well designed. But... after using it for a month I realised the drawbacks far exceeded the plus points- 1) Battery life is abysmal. I'm used to charging a smart phone daily, but this one sometimes needed charging 2 or 3 times. I'd make sure the battery was at 100% at the end of the day, set the alarm and put it in flight mode, yet still the battery would be at around 20% by 5am. Contacted Nokia who really weren't interested, and suggested that I switch off 3g, gps, wi-fi etc (basically everything that makes it a smart phone), even though I'd told them it was in flight mode. 2) The touchscreen is ultra sensitive. Scrolling through web pages is a nightmare with it constantly zooming in and out and selecting links as it sees fit. 3) Intermittent crashing, usually during a call. Have to wait for battery to discharge before it'll start again (thankfully not long with the rubbish battery life). Again, Nokia's help page suggested removing the battery. Not possible. I've since got rid of the phone (and my other half has got rid too) and gone back to android. If this is Nokia's last chance of re-invention, I wish them all the luck in the world.Read full review
Excellent phone was a brilliant buy. Really fast and easy to use. App store is smaller and more apps would be good. Also some features like music could run better but over all a brilliant buy.

The product is the latest and greatest in Windows Phone smart-phones today, With that comes limitations with the Windows Phone OS itself and the Phones hardware and software bugs which as of the first quarter of 2012 are from from fixed. The battery life is appalling barely lasting 6 hours of intensive use and an overnight sleep will drain at least one quarter to a third of the battery which is despicable, This is not a hardware fault though but a Firmware problem which Nokia and Microsoft have yet to rectify. For ease of use, a couple of days to get into it and your away, Its pretty simple and very pleasing to the eye. The apps with it being a new marketplace are mainly of a low standard of quality and maturity, There are a select few apps that can be called useful and most are just bug filled, ugly UI time wasting spam. The media side of the phone is great, Music, Video and Picture viewing is great (Good sound, good resolution), For capturing the camera still has bugs with focusing and on the video camera once focused on something will not auto focus back. BUT that said with a good out door shot with good light the video and pictures that are in focus are absolutely amazing. The phone itself is very sleek and stylish and is very very durable with its corning gorilla glass accidentally standing, sitting, scratching it is not a problem what so ever. The AMOLED display is out of this world no matter the light outside you can ALWAYS see the screen, The colours are vibrant and rich which in turn makes the phone even more pleasing to the eye. There are still some bugs with the Calling and battery that BRICK your phone if you leave it to fully run out of charge. The marketplace needs some quality developers ad ports of apps from Android and iOS desperately, Its late entry into this market has left it behind by leap years and only time will tell if this was really something worth buying into with Apollo and if Microsoft bring the incentive to get together a high brow user base and developer community. It is said that things are "only as strong as their weakest link" This has quite a few weak links which need some attention and TLCRead full review
