All items are dispatched within 2 working days (and 99% of items will be dispatched the next working day).

- Standard delivery: your item(s) will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class or via Parcelforce48
- Express delivery: your item(s) will be sent via either Interlink Express 24 guaranteed next day delivery (with email notification on the day of delivery giving a 1 hour delivery window) or Parcelforce24.
We ship to Paypal addresses only. If you require delivery to a different address, you can make this request on Paypal at checkout by adding "New address" and clicking the "Ship to this address" button.
You can also collect your item (Mon - Fr 10am-1pm) and save on postage. Please contact us prior to purchasing your item to arrange collection.
Please note that 24 hour courier service is not avaialble for postcodes BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE if however you do purchase your item with this option it will have a priority in dispatch but will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st class recorded.
We hope that your order will be exactly what you have been looking for, but if you change your mind about our products you can return NEW UNUSED items for any reason within 7 days for a refund (excluding postage costs, where the postage is stated "Free" £4.50 will be deducted from the refund for items sent via courier and £2.50 for items sent via Royal Mail)
If you don't like the colour, size etc. of product you recieved and would like to exchange it for another one, please buy the product you like and return the product you recieved for a refund.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning goods to Greensitts (the goods must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging in their original condition, with tags attached and with no damage). For costums - unopened, unworn stockings and accessories. We'll check all returned items. In the event we find breach of our return policy, we reserve the right to refuse the returned item and expenses from you.

If however the goods are faulty or damaged on reciept then please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order for specific exchange details.
If the goods have manufacturer fault that appear within 30 days of purchase please contact us. If we cannot repair the damaged items we will offer a replacement. We'll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to charge you for the shipping costs and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
If your luggage has a manufacturer guarantee, it is guaranteed against faulty workmanship. This guarantee does not cover damage due to overloading, airline damage, accident, neglect or normal wear and tear. Should any airline damage occur it is vital that you inform the airline or their representative before you leave the terminal!

Greensitts started out in September 2009 since which time we have become one of the largest and most trusted sellers of luggage and bags in the UK.

4. I need this bag for dd/mm, will I receive it?
We aim to dispatch all items next working day and within 2 working days, items purchased with shipping option 24 hour courier or "Royal Mail Next Day" have a priority in dispatch. The 24 hour courier service option available on all items at check out. Please note that courier DO NOT deliver on weekend and bank holidays.
5. Will you ship to different address?
