Unless otherwise stated, all products have a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it is more than 14 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly.

We use Paypal as a method of payment for all our sales on eBay. To avoid any unnecessary delays with your order, please ensure that the correct delivery address is updated in your Paypal and eBay account before purchasing Paypal is free to use for buyers and payment will be transferred instantly. If you do NOT have a PAYPAL account, we can accept payments with most debit cards. However, you need to ensure that the delivery address is the same as the address where your card is registered.
All items will be sent out within 2 working days or same day as soon as we receive full payment. The cut off time is 3:00pm from Monday to Friday. In case you make your purchase over the weekend, we will try to despatch your order on Monday. Our offices are closed over the weekend, but when possible we will try to respond to any of your queries over the weekend.
Most Royal Mail deliveries get delivered within 1-2 working days from despatch. When listing all items, we try to offer different delivery methods. The methods used are: -
1. Royal Mail First Class (no tracking available, all we get is a certificate of posting from the post office)
2. Royal Mail First Class – Signed for delivery (also known as Recorded Delivery). The benefit of this service is that someone has to sign for the delivery and there is a unique tracking number to trace your order.
3. Royal Mail Special Delivery – This is a guaranteed next day delivery before 1 PM. Also there will be a unique tracking number and a signed for delivery.
4. FedEx - If the item is heavy or large then we will despatch by FedEx next working day delivery. Please bear in mind if your order is despatched on Friday, you will receive your delivery on Monday. FedEx service is generally very good and most orders will get delivered the next day. If no one is available to receive delivery, FedEx will drop an attempted delivery card through your letterbox.

Generally, we ship items weighing less than one kilo with Royal Mail and heavier items with FedEx. If you have a specific preference of delivery method, please contact us.

In case your delivery does not come in time, please contact us. We will try to track your order with our courier services. We welcome communication from our customers and will try our best to ensure that your delivery reaches you in good time. Please do appreciate that if Royal Mail or FedEx take a bit longer to deliver, this is outside our control. Please communicate with us before leaving any negative feedback.
In case your order gets lost in transit, we will send you the replacement where possible or a refund. Please allow 14 working days for us to process this.
