PUMP EXPRESS™ facilitates achieving the “maximum pump” result through increasing the blood supply to muscles during training. This effect enhances the absorption of anabolic substances and nutrients contained in this preparation, which in turn improves muscle function and endurance and leads to a significant muscle mass gain.

PUMPbolic Matrix
A unique combination of muscle-pumping L-arginine and top-quality amino acids with high anabolic activity – L-leucine, L-isoleucyne, L-valine and L-glutamine. L-arginine is a substrate for generation of nitric oxide (NO), a signalling molecule which increases the blood supply to the muscles thus enhancing the inflow of energy and building blocks to skeletal muscles involved in intensive training. By increasing the production of NO in the body, L-arginine enables improvement of training effectiveness, while muscles become better supplied with blood, oxygenated and nourished, gaining the “full and hard” appearance. L-arginine may also reduce the excessive accumulation of adverse secondary metabolites, such as lactic acid or urea. L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine are potent anticatabolics – branched chain amino acids (BCAA) that are easily absorbed. They are top-quality building blocks which facilitate regeneration of muscles that come under great strain. These amino acids provide the energy needed for muscles to work and increase their endurance during intensive training. L-glutamine constitutes over 60% of free amino acids reserves in muscle cells and over 20% of all amino acids present in the body. The crystal pure L-glutamine contained in PUMP EXPRESS™ increases the nitrogen balance in the body, is involved in other amino acids’ conversions, facilitates muscle regeneration and growth. It is a potent anticatabolic, since its presence inhibits the activity of catabolic enzymes that degrade muscle proteins after great strain.
Buffered PRECreatine System
The best in the world buffered creatine – Kre-Alkalyn® combined with L-glicyne involved in its metabolism. This amino acid enhances the anabolic activity of creatine and further increases the strength and muscle mass gain. L-glicyne also accelerates muscle regeneration after anaerobic exercise, as it contributes to faster catabolism of lactic acid.
Glyc-Amino Load System
This is a unique composition of carbohydrates with differing molecule sizes and absorption kinetics which fulfil the energy needs of muscles and facilitate the post-training glycogen overcompensation. Special attention should be drawn to the inclusion of innovative complex carbohydrates – Waxy maize starch (high molecular weight, long-chain maize starch), with long absorption profile, which provide energy over an extended period of time. ENERBOOST Matrix

Vita-Min Stack
This is a combination of minerals and vitamins that are essential for the metabolism. Magnesium is a microelement necessary for energy conversions taking place in muscles, among others stabilizing the high-energy ATP bonds and increasing the effective activity of creatine. Potassium and phosphorus are electrolytic elements and their supplementation is absolutely essential for sportspeople. Vita-min Stack contains a complex of 12 vitamins that are crucial for energy acquisition in the body.
Directions:
Add 1 portion (70 g powder - 120 measuring units of the Olimp scoop) to 350 ml water and drink: on training days – before training or any physical activity; on non-training days – before meal. Not suitable for diabetics. Keep out of reach of children. Warning: High caffeine content (100mg per portion). Not suitable to people sensitive to caffeine.
