We dispatch all item placed before 1pm on the same day, but in some circumstances we have the right to withhold any order from dispatch in order to process further security checks. Placing a Bid
When you buy our goods and services on the internet, you are entering a legally binding contract with Empire Express. Please make sure you read the full item description and are happy with the terms and conditions before placing a bid or making a purchase using the buy it now option. If you are unsure before you purchase from us, you can refer to the FAQ’s section or alternatively ask us a question. 


Non Paying Bidders
If payment is not received within 7 days, then we have the right to re-list the item, you will received automated payment reminders until payment has been made. Not honouring your winning bid will result in negative feedback and a strike alert to your account. *NOTE* This could lead to suspension of your account, and you will also be blocked from all our future listings, so serious bidders only!


Payment fraud
Credit card and other payment fraud are serious crime! We will forward any evidence we have on fraudulent payments to relevant law enforcement organisations. Our staffs are well trained to identify fraudulent payments, so don't waste your time. We recommend new user’s to verify their PayPal accounts with a confirmed address.


Warranty
All Goods come with their respected manufacturers Warranty, Unless otherwise stated, If you do encounter a problem we will however help to resolve this and in certain circumstances exchange the product or contact the manufacturer for you Please obtain the invoice reciept provided with the goods to validate your warranty with us. 


Returns
We would ask you to check every item that you receive from us, preferably within 48 hours of receiving your goods. We are more than happy to exchange any faulty items that you may unfortunately receive within a time period of 7 days of receiving the goods. Items should be sent back in the same condition you receive them with all protective seals intact and no adjustments made. If you are returning a watch to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part and not if the watch was wrongly ordered by yourself. We also recommend sending your watch by registered post in order to track we have received the watch. 


Refunds
Due to the nature of eBay, unfortunately refunds are strictly not available. Please make sure you are bidding on the correct item before placing a bid. We will only issue a refund if we cannot provide a replacement for a return of watch or if the item you received is not what was described in the item listing.
