At ShoreUK will despatch your order within one working day of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri (excluding UK public holidays etc). Items can be delivered on our next working day or two working day (48 hour) as long as they are ordered before 14:00 hours (Mon - Fri).
All Kayaks will be delivered Free Locally from our store which is located at PO20 8QZ. All Kayaks outside this area will be delivered on a 24HR Trackable Service for £25. Regardless of size. We have a unique relationship with our courior and therefore damage to kayaks is minimal. On top of this we are the Only Store in the UK to Double Wrap our Kayaks to stop damage in transit. Incorrect Delivery Information
Shore reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us because the customer could not take delivery for any reason.
Any items returned to us without being delivered will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges us to deliver the item back to us. You will have to replace the order to have the item re-shipped. If you require a refund on items returned by the courier this will be done minus the couriers fee.
Any incorrect address details input by the customer on their order which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly will be at the liability of the customer, it will be up to the customer to try and retrieve the parcel themselves at their cost.
Any delivery errors must be reported within 7 days of date of delivery. All orders, are checked and double checked before leaving our warehouse. If you have not received your order within 14 days of dispatch date, then you must notify us within these 14 days. If you notify us after these 14 days then we will not be responsible for its location, and we may not be able to claim for the parcel if it lost/stolen.
There must be someone at the delivery address to receive parcel, where a signature is required our courier will only attempt re delivery once, after this the goods will be returned to Shore, this may take up to 10 working days.
We only accept payment via PayPal on our eBay shop, we can take credit cards on our main shore.co.uk website.
Returns and Refunds
Returns must be UNUSED with the ORIGINAL TAGS attached, in the ORIGINAL BAG and in a resalable condition. Our full returns policy outlined is below.
What if I need to send something back for exchange or refund?
UK ORDERS - EASY & LOW COST RETURNS PROCESS
A Pre paid Post Returns Label and Form are included with every order.
All items for return must be unused with all the original tags attached and in the original packaging.
If you wish to return your purchases for an exchange then the return postage is free of charge but if you wish to return your purchases for a refund than we can offer you an easy low cost return postage cost of £2.00 which will be deducted from your refund. Please follow the following 3 steps.
Step 1.) Fill out your returns form enclosed with your order (or download it HERE).
Step 2.) Pack up the return items and attach the Pre paid post label on the form to the parcel that needs to be returned. Take the return parcel to your local post office and get your receipt of postage.
Step 3.) When we receive your returned items, all exchanges are sent out immediately free of charge, but if you require a refund and you have used the pre paid return label we will refund the cost of any items returned less £2.00 to cover the return postage. There is only one charge per parcel regardless of the number of items in the parcel and if you are sending items back for exchange AND refund in one parcel then the return postage is free of charge.
Easy! Please note: The Pre paid returns label can only be used for UK and Channel Islands addresses and it cannot be used for large items that the post office will not take such as surfboards and Kayaks.

VERY IMPORTANT RETURNS INFORMATION
All items returned to us MUST be unused and in a re-sellable condition including tags and in the original packaging.
If you are returning an item using the free returns service you MUST keep a postage receipt, if the items don't make it back to us we cannot give a refund or exchange if you cant produce this proof.
If you wish to return or exchange any items please download and print the Returns Form above. This form includes full, detailed instructions on how to refund or exchange goods and a simple form to fill in, this allows us to quickly process your refund or exchange. If you are having any problems downloading or viewing the form, please call us on 01243 674830.
We do not offer a refund on underwear or ear-plugs due to hygiene issues nor DVD's which have had the cellophane removed. Bikinis and swimwear can only be returned it the hygiene guard has not been removed.
For items not sent using the Pre paid returns label you are responsible for any item(s) sent back to us until they are received by ourselves. Therefore, for expensive items, we recommend returning items to us via an insured method such as Royal Mail recorded delivery that will require us to sign for them. On lesser value items, you should obtain a certificate of posting from your Post Office when you send the item(s) back to us. No charge is made by the Post Office for this service.

Damaged Luggage Disclaimer
While we endeavour to supply the highest of quality goods we appreciate from time to time an item may be received with a defect of manufacturing fault. When this happens we will always resolve the matter with the utter most urgency. However we are unable to accept responsibility for any luggage purchased from us that has been damaged in transit. Sometimes luggage is damaged in transit by an airline's staff and luggage handlers. For example handles are broken, wheels snapped off or the material of the bag ripped through throwing, mishandling or the ill treatment of the luggage. In such circumstances you will need to deal directly with the airline in order to claim compensation from them as they have insurances set up for this very reason. We on the other hand can only deal with manufacturing faults or defects reported to us upon receipt of the goods.
