Please read carefully :
This update supersedes all previous policies.
Postage & Packaging :
I will always combine postage where possible. Where several items are combined the postage service may be upgraded though the final postage price will never exceed the original stated postage costs and, in any case, is subject to your agreement prior to paying.
There is a small, per package, charge (Not Per Item!) included, to cover packaging, petrol and time.
Proof of Postage is retained for all items.
I do my best to describe/ photograph items as fairly as possible,
however in the event that your item(s) substantially differ from the description contained in the auction, or there is damage caused by poor packaging, I will accept returns and pay a full refund, including postage.
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations & Ebay Policies, non-conditional returns (i.e. a change of mind) up to 14 days of receipt with buyer paying return Postage.
Buyer Protection Cases
Please think carefully before opening a buyer protection case.
Item Not Received : If I have marked an item as "sent", then it has been. If you have not recieved your item, it is likely to be a delay in the postal system. If the postal system fails to deliver your item(s) within a set period of time, then I can assist you in filing a "lost item" claim as I always retain proof of postage and/ or tracking details.
Item Not as Described : Please see returns policy above. On the rare occassion, I may send out an incorrect item, in which case please contact me so I can get the correct item to you. Return of the incorrect item would be appreciated (though not legally required), and I will, of course, pay postage. Or, I can give you a full refund.
For these, and any other issue you may have, please contact me first before considering opening a Buyer Protection Case and I will do my best to resolve any problems.
Don't forget, if you change your mind about an item, you can return it in accordance to the LDS Regulations - there is no need to invent a spurious reason for return, just get it back to me, within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund.

Loss and Damage
Items lost in the post will be refunded at full value plus p&p charges (where applicable). Please note that an item cannot be regarded as lost until ; UK 15 working days after expected delivery, Europe 20 Working Days after expected delivery, ROW 30 working days after expected delivery.
Items damaged in the post will need to be returned, with original packaging, as Royal Mail require damaged item(s) to be sent to them in the event of a damage claim. A full refund plus p&p and return p&p will be paid by me.
In the event of a claim for loss or damage the Royal Mail may contact you to confirm details.
