We try and ship everything out to you as soon as possible and as soon as payment has been cleared.
We do not guarantee delivery date or time at all, we ship same day and most parcels get delivered next day but we do not GUARANTEE this at all unless special delivery is requested.
If you have purchased an item before 1:00 PM Monday to Friday it will be posted on the same day and you should get it on the next working day. If you have purchased on Friday before 1:00 PM it will be posted on the same day and it should arrive on Monday. If you have ordered after 1:00 PM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, it will be Posted on Monday.
WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIME IT TAKES BY ROYAL MAIL TO DELIVER YOUR ITEMS.
WE HAVE NO CONTROL ON HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED.
But see our feedback and you will find that 99% customers get the item THE NEXT DAY.
WHEN YOUR ITEM DOES NOT ARRIVE PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE AND ROYAL MAIL HAVE A POLICY WHICH STATES
"Please wait for 15 working days (from the due date of delivery) before contacting us as we would not consider any item as lost until 15 working days have been elapsed. We allow the 15 working days for items to be returned to us if there may occur any delivery problems."

WE HAVE TO ABIDE BY THIS POLICY AND HOPE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THINGS DO GO MISSING IN TRANSIT AND WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM.
If you do not get the product within 15 days after making payment please ONLY then contact us, as we cannot do anything before that due to Royal Mail
If you do not get your product within 15 days we will send you out a replacement product free
The buyer will be responsible for the return postage and packaging charges at their expense.
For items that have Free Postage and Packaging charges, a deduction of 25 percent will be made from the total amount of the item (This is to cover our cost of processing, packing and postage).
For example Item cost 20.00 and shipping is free and if the item is returned, 15.00 will only be Refunded and 5.00 will be deducted for postage and packaging.
We will not refund the postage and packaging costs.
Faulty items please notify us immediately within 7 days by email only. We will Refund you or replace the product once it has been returned to us.
