How to purchase multiple items
Go to the listing and purchase the first colour and/or size option you require, commit to buy it and confirm your purchase, but DO NOT pay for it, go back to the listing and repeat the process for the next colour and/or size and again DO NOT pay for it. When you have finished buying the items you want go to your items won box, click on one of the items to pay for it and the Ebay system should automatically collate the items for you and combine your postage
We have made every effort to accurately represent the information and colours of products on this website. However, as colours vary between different monitors, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the actual product colour.
We will take every care to ensure that product information and pricing are accurate at the time they are entered.
All sizes and measurements are approximate and we advise customers to consult the sizing charts on the listings when ordering.
We are VAT registered and all our prices (where applicable) include VAT at the current rate – if you would like a VAT invoice then please let us know
Postage & packing
We always keep our items in stock and we endeavour to post all items paid for by 2pm the same day (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) if not they will be sent the next working day.
We try to keep our postage costs to a minimum and all our items are sent out in the first class post unless specified otherwise. Typically most items sent in the first class post arrive within 1 to 3 working days
We give postage discounts for multiple purchases however these can only be applied before an item is paid for. The Ebay system should automatically calculate your discount for you, if you feel this is incorrect please contact us BEFORE paying – Our maximum UK postage is £10:00.
In the event that an item goes missing in the Royal Mail we must allow 15 working days from the date of dispatch as instructed by Royal Mail before they will class the item as missing. After this time has elapsed we will honour the postal insurance and claim for the loss against the Royal Mail. We will then send you a replacement, or if no stock is available, refund your payment.

Payment by Paypal is preferred; we also accept Postal Orders and major debit/credit cards.
Payment by Credit card
We accept payment over the phone by Debit/Credit card – please contact our customer services on 01604 760967 (Mon to Fri - 9am to 6pm)
We do not store or keep any financial details (i.e. credit or debit card numbers or information) nor do we disclose any other customer information to any third parties.
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and hope our feedback shows this, if you have a problem with an item purchased from us please get in touch immediately and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue.
