TERMS AND CONDITIONS FAULTY GOODS
We PT Communications will provide an exchange ,for faulty goods within 7 days of purchase
(this is in addition to manufactures warranty which is normally minimum 1 year unless specified on new goods),
as long as there has been no misuse or evidence of physical damage including liquid damage. If the same product
cannot be supplied, a product up to the same value will be supplied. This is in addition to manufacturer's
warranty if supplied by them. (All manufacturing warranty problems need to be taken up with manufactures and
not PT Communications after the initial 7 day period, we can advice of their contact details if you don't have just
contact us.). In some instances we may refund at our discretion. It is the buyer's responsibility to return
goods via a recorded method to ensure the goods reach us safely and same condition as supplied. Replacements
will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of item considered to be faulty once we have received the item back
and confirmed that it is faulty and confirmed the serial number and our security mark, where necessary.
PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY DELIVERY COSTS YOU MAY INCUR IN SENDING GOODS BACK TO OURSELVES.
IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILTY TO RETURN GOODS VIA RECORDED METHOD TO ENSURE THE GOODS REACH US SAFELY AND
IN SAME CONDITION AS SUPPLIED.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF A SIMCARD GOES FAULTY YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT NETWORK AS WE CAN NOT ISSUE SAME NUMBER.

We will except returns within 7 days of purchase as long as:
1. Goods are in original packing and unused as received.
2. Purchase receipt and transaction number must be supplied.
3. You need to obtain a returns number/authorization of us via email.
4. There will be a 20% handling charge if refunded. Please allow for up to 7 days for refund.
5. It is the buyer's responsibility to return goods via a recorded method to ensure the goods reach us safely. We will not refund any delivery costs you may incur in sending goods back to ourselves.
Items excluded from returns policy:
1. Contract/upgrade handsets/modems.
2. Handsfree/Bluetooth headsets due to hygiene reasons.
3. Memory products. Thank you for your continued support.
