Delivery: At Autolive Online we pride ourselves in our ability to serve and recognise the overall needs of online shopping. Delivery times depend on service and location but the typical guidelines for the standard/air mail postal items are UK Mainland (Within 48 hours from date of despatch); Europe/USA (5-10 business days); Rest of the World (Normally 7-10 business days) But as advised by the Royal Mail postal service, all non-UK countries should allow up to a maximum of 21 business days (not including weekends) from date of despatch to pass by before reporting non-delivery of their order. Most postage delays (if any happen) are due to customs and their ability to ‘clear’ international postage items, to which no postal service has control over or can intervene with. No weekend or UK public holiday despatch and delivery services (Except UK Royal Mail delivery only) currently available. Cancelling: Orders can be cancelled at anytime unless despatch confirmation(s) has been issued by e-mail from our web shop. If the goods have been shipped in good faith and without prior cancellation notification from the purchaser, then they can still be returned for a full refund on the value of the goods, but the original shipping charges cannot be reversed, if cancellation was received after despatch confirmation(s). Returns: Items may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping charges unless agreed with Autolive Online) but the claim must be made within seven days of the original delivery date and goods returned within 28 days from the claim date. Additionally the returned item(s) must still be within the original manufacturer’s packaging to qualify for return. Open or used items will not be accepted for return or cancellation – this does not apply to product warranty issues. Simply contact a member of Autolive Online to register your right to cancel and we will assist in every way. Any item(s) returned without prior contact will not be recognised by Autolive Online unless agreed prior. The consumer bears all return costs (unless agreed prior) and is responsible for the manner they are returned in. Warranty: All of our sold products are deemed ‘fit for purpose’ and carry a year’s warranty as standard. Should an item develop a fault within the manufacturer’s recommendations for use, then simply contact a member of Autolive Online to register the complaint and validate the fault. If validated by a member of Autolive Online, we will either make arrangement for replacement or refund according to the consumer’s individual needs. Warranty validation can only occur if sufficient information has been received by Autolive Online throughout the process of the claim. Autolive Online will not recognise the return of any item, for any reason, unless prior contact has been made and qualified by a member of Autolive Online respectively. Credit Card Payments: We do accept credit card payments through PayPal’s Virtual Terminal service. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Stock: Even though we have taken every possible step to ensure every item advertised is in stock at any given time, there will be some extremely rare cases where immediate despatch is not possible. An e-mail will always be sent within 24 hours of the order being placed (in the event of a problem) advising of the situation and if the estimated time of delivery is not acceptable. Or no customer answer received within the following 24 hours, all monies will be returned instantly and the transaction cancelled along with our sincere apologies – absolutely no delay or argument will ever be offered by Autolive Online on this matter.
