Decor Supplies are happy to accept returns for a full refund on any item purchased over the Internet.

Returns must be completed within 30 days of receipt of the item(s) and all items must be unopened and returned in the same condition as they were received.

Please note the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items and we are unable to refund any postage costs, (except where goods are received faulty). For more details please feel free to contact us.

Keeping You Informed

We aim to keep in informed of how your order is progressing up until it leaves our premises. You will be sent a dispatch notification e-mail once your item has been posted.

UK delivery is usually within 2-5 working days and Oversea's orders are normally received within 7-10 working days.

All orders with full payment before 12:00pm noon will be dispatched the same working day otherwise dispatched the next working day to UK and Worldwide addresses. Providing the items are in stock. With the exception of weekend orders taken after 12 noon on Friday's which are dispatched the following Monday morning.

We advise that you do not book decorators until your wallpaper has been delivered and you have checked the items; we are not responsible for any cancelled decorator fees.

If you are planning on hanging the wallpaper yourself, please ensure you have read the hanging instructions on the back of the label. These instructions will include important information specific to the product, for instance the time to allow the paste to soak before hanging.
