Classic are meant to fit loose, so please order your regular UK shoe size.

Please only bid or commit to buy an item if you are intending to pay. Whislt this may sound obvious, unfortunately this does happen occasionally. We therefore reserve the right to cancel any bids or transactions in these unlikely circumstances.

Payment must be received within 3 days of the auction ending or committing buy. Failure to do this will normally result in a non-paying bidder alert being issued and most likely the item being re-listed. Please communicate with us whenever necessary before the 3 days after the auction ending has completed if you have any issues. Items will be shipped once the payment has cleared.

A Non-Paying bidder will be left negative feedback and we will proceed with eBay's non-paying bidding policy.

Paypal is the quickest and easiest way for you to get your item. Once you have chosen your item you should complete the checkout system through eBay and will only have to enter your personal information only.

Cheques & Postal Orders
We do accept cheques and postal orders. Please note cheques take at least 14 days to process and your item will not be shipped until cheques have cleared and processed. Please call us if you wish to pay by this method. We can accept credit or debit cards over the phone.

We aim to make sure the postage costs are fair and only cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you. We are able to offer combined shipping for multiple purchases, please confirm with us before payment. If you are not happy with the quoted postage please do not bid or commit to buy. Our preferred delivery method is via Royal Mail, however we also use Interlink, DHL or other couriers depending on the weight, size and quantity of some items.

We do our best to ensure that each order is processed and sent in the stated timeframe. However, delivery and handling can take longer in some instances, especially in busier periods. We will not issue refunds purely for a longer than expected delivery date. We do everything possible to package our products properly and safely to help avoid damage however despite our efforts this may still be a possibility.

An additional charge may be required for certain postcodes including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & Scottish Islands. Please contact us for full delivery estimate for these locations.

We do ship internationally, please be aware of the extended delivery times this may incurr.

Most Buy it now purchases are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt . Two Bare Feet are not responsible for service transit time, which are provided by the carrier, excludes weekends and holidays, and may vary with destination. Returns can take 1-3 days to process depending on peak periods.

If you are in a hurry for an exchange item, we suggest you make a new order and send the unwanted item back for a refund - this is by far a faster process for both us as sellers and you as a buyer.

Please note we are unable to refund delivery for returned items and return postage costs are at your own expense.
