Items are dispatched within 24 hours* once payment has cleared. We do not ship on weekends and bank holidays.
We only send replacement items out once the delivery company confirms the item is lost. This can take up to 15 working days. We send items via 2nd Class post, RoyalMail Tracked, RoyalMail Special Delivery or ParcelForce/Yodel for heavier items. The choice of delivery method depends on the value and the weight of the item. Please note in the unlikely event your item is lost, due to fraud we can only send out replacements for lost items - we are unable to refund.

We only accept Paypal as payment.
Payment must be made within 7 days; if you change your mind please email us within 7 days so we can mutually cancel the sale.
If payment or correspondence is not received in 7 days, the sale will become void and the winner will lose all rights to the item and we will begin the unpaid item process.
Payment by PAYPAL requires you have an account otherwise there will be a delay in sending payment. Please note all prices include VAT.
1. As per distance selling regulations, please contact us within 7 days of receipt if you wish to return your item as unwanted for a refund. Once you have received returns authorisation, the unwanted item must be returned to us within 7 days.
2. Items that are unwanted or ordered incorrectly must be returned in the same condition they were received in with the original packaging and all parts. The buyer will then receive a full refund but they must cover return postage costs.
3. All items come with a 12 month warranty; however, for some items the customer will have to contact the manufacturer directly for replacement and others we will replace. We will advise which is applicable.
4. For all returns authorisations please contact us via ebay messaging and state the reason for return. If you do not get a reply within 48 hours (Monday Ö Saturday 9am-5pm) then please call us on 0161 278 2454.
5. In the unlikely event that items are lost in the post we can send a replacement after 15 working days (21 days for International orders) but unfortunately, we are unable to refund due to risk of fraudulent claims.
6. For international customers please be aware if your item becomes faulty and you require us to replace the item, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, we cannot reimburse return postage costs. However we will send out the replacement at our cost.
