We have been selling on ebay since 1999. We opened our ebay shop RIPLEYS CLOTHING back in 2005 and it has grown to be the largest Official Licensed Merchandise shop on ebay.co.uk. We hold a huge stock of items which enables us to be very competitive on our pricing

Our family run business is named after our dog 'Ripley' We were fed up with receiving poor service and bootleg t shirts from online companies. There was a gap in the market for a friendly, efficient and professional service which is what we offer.

The entire family (excluding Ripley!) love going to gigs, we often see our clothing being worn at them. We all love the alternative Band culture and we always have our finger on the pulse of the music scene.

We know our business inside out, every staff member has a personal interest in the scene and love being apart of it. We all have a passion for the music industry, and a good knowledge of what we do. Mine goes back to the 1970s when I was a teenager and Punk first started, whereas other members of our team are much younger than me :( and they contribute to the recent trends. There has been a mixture of Punk, Goth and Emo in our family and a wide range of tastes and ages within the business.

We pride ourselves on customer service. We are second to none and try to answer all questions within 24 hours. Items are dispatched daily - we know how important it is to have the right t shirt for the gig and we will do everything we can to make sure that happens.

We also have a lot of contact with band managers and are always helping to support and promote up and coming bands.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: To comply with Distance Selling regulations returns will be accepted provided the item is returned within 7 days at the cost of the buyer, unworn and in the original packaging. Refund for the purchase price of the item will be given. After 7 days returns will be accepted provided the item is returned no later than 21 days, at the cost of the buyer, unworn and in the original packaging will be subject to a 20% handling charge.

Q: Do you combine shipping?

A: Yes, we will reduce postage on additional items by £1 per item

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

A: We post items 5 days a week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday lunchtime. We always send items 1st class. So if you are in the UK you will usually get your item within 48 hours of ordering. Overseas items are sent Royal Mail AIRMAIL and will take 7-14 days.

Q: I need a guranteed delivery date?

A: For UK sales we can send items 'special delivery' to gurantee next working day delivery at a charge of an extra £7.50

Q: My item hasn't arrived, what do I do?

A: Items rarely dissappear in the post system. First thing to do is check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding the item for you to collect. Royal Mail don't always leave a card informing you that the item is being held for you. Then check that you have provided us with the correct address. Then contact us and we will help you

Q: I want to purchase more than one item

A: If you want to purchase more than one item, then complete each BUY IT NOW and then make one payment ofr all the items, the postage discount will be automatically deducted.

Q: Do you have this in other sizes?

A: We only list the sizes we have in stock, if the size you require is not listed in our shop then we don't have it in stock.
