Returns We understand that from time to time our customers may purchase an item in error, or decide that they no longer want an item that they have purchased. If this is the case we are willing to accept the returned item in accordance to this policy. If the item was purchased using "buy it now" the Distance Selling Regulations, give the buyer the right to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day that they receive the item. We operate a 14-day returns policy, allowing you to return your order for a full refund within 14 days of you receipt of it. Products should be returned to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, complete with tags and packaging that were supplied with the Product(s).. If you return your item to us for an exchange and it is found not to be in a suitable condition to qualify, the item will be returned to you at your expense. Any postage costs, either incurred by you when returning the item, or the cost of postage when your order was originally dispatch, are non-refundable.
1. How do I return an item? In order for us to accept return of an item, you MUST contact us via eBay messaging prior to sending the item to us. We may then ask you to open a returns case in the eBay resolution center (we'll guide you through this). Repack the item in its original packaging. Enclose the original packing slip and add a note with the reasons for return. E.g. you could write the product name, and next to it, Unsuitable, small fit etc. Return the package by tracked post to qualify for PayPal buyer protection. Keep your tracking number safe, as you will need this as your proof of return. Please note: If the item(s) are unsuitable, you will be refunded for the cost of the item, not the initial cost of postage for the goods to reach you. We will refund in full only if the item(s) are deemed incorrect or faulty. If this is the case, the items will be inspected upon arrival at the warehouse, and a full refund given if the item is deemed not as described or faulty.
2. Returns policy on lingerie We are unable to accept exchanges on items including underwear and lingerie once they have left our care for hygiene reasons.
3. Exchanges Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You will have to return the item(s), and then make a new order through the our eBay store.
