The maps are highly detailed black & white folded map. They are taken from the OS 1:2,500 (or 25 inch) maps and reduced to about 15 inches to the mile. Each covers an area of a mile and a half by a mile. They show streets with individual houses, tram tracks, railway tracks and even signals, factories, wharves and such details as fountains and water troughs. They will provide hours of fascination for historians and genealogists. The maps are neatly folded and each includes a specially written introduction to the area.

This map is a must for the historian, genealogist and anyone interested in local history of Darlington  between the 1891 and 1901 census period. "It shows great detail of  streets, houses, churches, schools railway lines, factories, cemeteries etc.

Despatch of Item :

Item is despached by Royal Mail and should be received with a few days depending on choice of postage. If item has not been received within 10 working days (UK first class post 2nd class post may take longer to arrive) please contact seller to let us know. Overseas items can take a while to arrive depending on County of destination and their internal postal system. The ebay system shows date of despatch of item.
