The Warranty we offer is 14 Day Return to Base (RTB) only. Items must be returned in the condition they were received, and must be packaged securely. Our returns policy varies slightly depending on the type of ‘eBay listing’ – This is explained below: All off our sales are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (DSRs) Contracts to which the DSRs do not apply (Regulation 5)are: Products and services we sell to other businesses (these are business-to-business contracts and are not covered. Auction sales, including online and interactive TV auctions. However, some activities described as auctions may not necessarily result in sales at auction, so will not fall within this exemption. This will depend on exactly when and how the sale occurs. Auction Items - If an item was listed as an ‘Auction’ and if it is deemed to be faulty or not as described (once it has been returned to us) we will, where possible, endeavour to replace the item. If this is not possible, we will offer a full refund, including the initial shipping cost. (Providing the issue is raised with us within 14 days or receipt of the item). 'Buy It Now’ and ‘2nd Chance’ items - When an item is listed as "BUY IT NOW" / "2ND CHANCE" / or as “Or Best Offer” all buyers are entitled to a 7 day 'Cooling-Off' period as per eBay's listing policies regarding Distance Selling Regulations. (Please note this does not apply to ‘auction’ items or ‘Spares & Repairs’ items). If an item is listed as a ‘Buy it Now’ and if it is deemed to be faulty or not as described (Outside of the 7 day ‘Cooling-Off’ period, and once it has been returned to us) we will, where possible, endeavour to replace the item. If this is not possible, we will offer a full refund, including the initial shipping cost. (Providing the issue is raised with us within 14 days or receipt of the item). # Faulty, consumables or spares & repairs Items - Occasionally we do have items listed that are specified as having 'No Warranty and No Returns / Refunds' (and will have "Returns Not Accepted", “Spares and Repairs”, “No Warranty Offered” or “Sold as Seen” in the description of the individual listing). Returns will not be accepted for these particular items, as they are either new / un-used consumable items (such as printer toners / blank data media) or items that are faulty / un-tested / incomplete / or suitable for spares & repairs only, such as *Projectors / Vintage equipment). We will always state as much detail as possible in the listing, however on the odd occasion you feel we might have missed something please ask as we are happy to help. *We do not have the technical knowledge / equipment to repair or test these items – this is the reason they are sold as faulty, or for spares / repairs only. Someone with the right technical ability may be able to repair these items. But as this is something we do not have the ability to do, these are offered without warranty.
