1. I want you to be happy with your purchase.
2. Please check it it is functioning correctly within 3 working days of receipt. All faults must be reported within
this time frame for replacement or refund.
3. You can return your item at your own cost (if you are simply unhappy with it) within the first 7 days of you
receiving it. All items must be return unused in their original packaging, with full box & its contents (e.g.
phone, battery, charger & adaptors, hands-free, PC cable, leather case/pouch, user manuals, CD software,
interior packing case, box, memory card) and in a resell-able condition.
4. All returns must be pre authorised and please contact us immediately via email or the above contact no with
the reason for your return.
5. All returns must be received to us within 7 days from the day you receive delivery of the item(s).
6. Please note that all returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any refund will be reduced by 15 % of the total cost (excluding postage costs) to cover our general administration & warehouse restocking cost.
7. Please contact us approved address for return.
8. If you are:
a) a UK customer, all returns must be sent via royal mail special delivery or appropriate courier with online tracking + to be signed & signature obtained on delivery.
b) an overseas customer, all returns must be accompanied by an appropriate courier with online tracking + to be signed & signature obtained on delivery.
c) All customers are advised to keep safely the proof of payment for returning item(s)' deliver along with the confirmation note or slip provided by the relevant mail or courier service with tracking number on it, until we confirm the safe receipt of your return item(s).
9. Customer is responsible to bear the cost of returning the item and we do not accept or can not be held
responsible for lost or damage of the item whilst in transit to us.
10. We advise you to include a note with eBay item number and buyer’s eBay user ID clearly sated on it, along
with the return package.
11. Soon after our ‘Returns Dept’ has received your returned item(s)' package, the necessary actions will be
initiated to process your refund and this process could take up to five working days.
12. Your refund will be made on the same mode of payment used to make the initial purchase.
13. After 7 days of receipt I’m unable to receive returns or exchange your item & you will have to contact the
manufacturer to cover issues under remaining warranty or if out of warranty you will have to arrange for repair
at your own cost.
14. All Sim cards must be returned with full credit, Unless supplied without any credit (We would provide confirmation receipt with all preloaded Sim card. Also we will retain a receipt).
