POSTAGE & DISPATCH TIMES
All our listing will be offered with a minimum of FREE 1st Class Delivery as Standard – we always obtain proof of postage.
Postage method can also be upgraded to 1st Class Recorded (Signed For) Delivery or Special Delivery, which is guaranteed to be delivered by 1pm (Subject to Royal Mail Delivery area’s and T's & C's) The fee for upgrades does vary, but we try to keep the cost as low as possible.
Where the order value is high, we will, at our expense and discretion upgrade the postage method where we feel appropriate.
- Combined Purchases - will be sent by Special Delivery where one or more of the items has Special Delivery as the selected Postage method. This also applies to Recorded Delivery. Please note that if it is not financially viable to send all items by a higher level of service we may at our discretion send some of the order by the original method.
We may under certain circumstances choose to send your order by courier or another delivery method. This will always equal or exceed the quoted delivery times.
We always dispatch orders as quickly as possible, sometimes the same day.
Orders are always dispatched within 1 working Day of receiving payment!
NB : Very occasionally the shop may display our 'On Holiday' Notification which will always be shown and will include the date of our return.
N.B. Please note that although we will always dispatch on the same or next working day! Delivery time is in the hands of Royal Mail. If an item is not delivered within the Royal Mail Delivery times quoted, and there is no available information online, (applicable only to orders with a tracking Number) please contact your local sorting office, as they can often answer your query and resolve the problem. Should the sorting office not be able to resolve any issue, then please contact us, we will do all we possibly can to assist you. A tracking number is always uploaded for items which are sent by Recorded Delivery / Special Delivery and date of dispatch is always uploaded for items sent by standard 1st Class Post with Proof of Postage.

Please be aware that if you NEED an order urgently, we would always recommend using the Special Delivery Service to Guarantee that your order is Delivered the Day after Dispatch.

If you would like delivery to somewhere other than the UK, please contact us to confirm that we can deliver to your location and we can provide a quote for the P&P.
PAYMENT & STOCK ALLOCATION
We appreciate immediate payment for all purchases. This enables us to allocate stock and ship as quickly as possible. We do not make this a compulsory part of the ordering process to allow easy check out for those purchasing multiple items.
NB: Orders are not allocated stock until payment is received. It is therefore vital that you make payment as quickly as possible to ensure that the stock is still available.
Stock is allocated on receipt of payment – not when an order is placed.

Upon receipt of goods if there is any aspect with which you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know and give us the opportunity to rectify.
If you do not receive your order, we request that you let us know as soon as possible. Royal Mail class an item as lost after 15 days. We request that you contact us at this time or sooner to let us know that there is a problem. Prior to contacting us, we would highly recommend that you contact your local Royal Mail delivery office as they can often help.
