Faulty Items - In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Printcartridgeworld shall, at its own discretion, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify us of the problem in writing to customerservices@printcartridge.net within 14 working days of delivery of the goods. Cancellation of Orders - You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by telephoning (01983 281281) during normal office hours. You may also withdraw from the contract at any time after the product has been dispatched and you have received our email confirming your order but no later than 14 working days after you receive the product by: sending the notice of cancellation by email to customerservices@printcartridge.net ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number; or where you have already received the goods, returning the goods provided the item is unopened, and in a resalable condition, together with the original invoice. You are responsible for any charges relating to returning the goods and are responsible for their safe arrival. We will not refund or replace an item if the item is not returned to us first. We encourage you to get proof of postage from your post office in case an item is lost in the post. Upon receipt of the goods Printcartridgeworld will refund you the purchase price of the goods, minus the original postage fee and packing fee. If Printcartridgeworld receives notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms), any sum debited (minus costs outlined above) by Printcartridgeworld from your PayPal/credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by Printcartridgeworld in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
