Sie können Ihre Vertragserklärung innerhalb von 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen in Textform (z. B. Brief, Fax, E-Mail) oder – wenn Ihnen die Sache vor Fristablauf überlassen wird – durch Rücksendung der Sache widerrufen. Die Frist beginnt nach Erhalt dieser Belehrung in Textform, jedoch nicht vor Eingang der Ware beim Empfänger (bei der wiederkehrenden Lieferung gleichartiger Waren nicht vor Eingang der ersten Teillieferung) und auch nicht vor Erfüllung unserer Informationspflichten gemäß Artikel 246 § 2 in Verbindung mit § 1 Abs. 1 und 2 EGBGB sowie unserer Pflichten gemäß § 312g  Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in Verbindung mit Artikel 246 § 3 EGBGB. Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist genügt die rechtzeitige Absendung des Widerrufs oder der Sache.

Widerrufsfolgen:

Im Falle eines wirksamen Widerrufs sind die beiderseits empfangenen Leistungen zurückzugewähren und ggf. gezogene Nutzungen (z. B. Zinsen) herauszugeben. Können Sie uns die empfangene Leistung sowie Nutzungen (z.B. Gebrauchsvorteile) nicht oder teilweise nicht oder nur in verschlechtertem Zustand zurückgewähren beziehungsweise herausgeben, müssen Sie uns insoweit Wertersatz leisten. Für die Verschlechterung der Sache und für gezogene Nutzungen müssen Sie Wertersatz nur leisten, soweit die Nutzungen oder die Verschlechterung auf einen Umgang mit der Sache zurückzuführen ist, der über die Prüfung der Eigenschaften und der Funktionsweise hinausgeht. Unter "Prüfung der Eigenschaften und der Funktionsweise" versteht man das Testen und Ausprobieren der jeweiligen Ware, wie es etwa im Ladengeschäft möglich und üblich ist.
Paketversandfähige Sachen sind auf unsere Gefahr zurückzusenden. Sie haben die Kosten der Rücksendung zu tragen, wenn die gelieferte Ware der bestellten entspricht und wenn der Preis der zurückzusendenden Sache einen Betrag von 40 Euro nicht übersteigt oder wenn Sie bei einem höheren Preis der Sache zum Zeitpunkt des Widerrufs noch nicht die Gegenleistung oder eine vertraglich vereinbarte Teilzahlung erbracht haben. Anderenfalls ist die Rücksendung für Sie kostenfrei. Nicht paketversandfähige Sachen werden bei Ihnen abgeholt. Verpflichtungen zur Erstattung von Zahlungen müssen innerhalb von 30 Tagen erfüllt werden. Die Frist beginnt für Sie mit der Absendung Ihrer Widerrufserklärung oder der Sache, für uns mit deren Empfang.

Cancellation Policy:

You are entitled to cancel your declaration of contract within 14 days writing (e.g. by letter, e-mail), without stating a reason or, when the object has been handed over to you prior to the expiry of this period, by returning the object. The period of time commences after receipt of this information in written form, however not prior to receipt of the objects by the recipient (in the case of recurrent delivery of similar goods not prior to receipt of the first partial delivery), and not prior to compliance with our obligation to provide information in accordance with article 246 sub-article 2 in conjunction with sub-article 1 (1) and (2)  EGBGB (Introductory Act to the German Civil Code) and our obligations in accordance with the first sentence of sub-section 1 of section 312g BGB (German Civil Code), in conjunction with article 246 sub-article 3 EGBGB. In order to comply with the period available for cancellation, it is sufficient to dispatch the notice of cancellation or the objects in good time.

Effects of Cancellation

In the event of effective cancellation, the goods provided and services rendered by either party shall be returned, together with any benefits (e.g. interest earned) obtained therefrom. In the event that you are unable to return the goods or services received or benefits obtained (e.g. benefits from use) at all, or if you are able to return them only in part or in degraded condition, you are obliged to make compensation for lost value, as and where applicable. You are obliged to make compensation for any such degradation of the goods or for benefits obtained only, if and to the extent that any such use or degradation is due to the handling of the goods in a manner that exceeds the reasonable examination of the properties and functionality or mode of operation of the goods. The wording “examination of the properties and functionality or mode of operation” shall be understood as testing and trying out the relevant goods, such as this would be possible and usual in a retail shop.
Goods that may be dispatched by package/parcel have to be returned at our risk. You are obliged to bear the costs of such return, if the goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of EUR 40, or, in the event of a higher price of the goods, if you have not paid the price for such goods or made a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of cancellation. Otherwise, the return of the goods is free of charge for you. Goods that cannot be dispatched by package/parcel will be collected from your address. Obligations concerning the reimbursement of payments have to be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, the term commences upon the dispatch of your notice of cancellation or of the goods, for us it commences upon receipt of your notice of cancellation or of the returned goods.

International Buyers - outside Europe: I appreciate your business! Here are some shipping details of which you should be aware:

• Although I ship your item quickly, be aware that customs delays can happen. But do let me know if an extraordinarily long time has passed and you have not received your purchase.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
• I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" as US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
