Delivery
Unless the ebay listing specifies 'Royal Mail 1st Class', we make delivery by courier available to UK mainland addresses only (exc Scottish Highlands please email or telephone 01209 20 32 20 for price quotes for delivery - affected areas are AB31-38, AB40-56, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH4-44, PH49-50, PO30 & above, BT, IM, HS, ZE, JE, GY).
Our Shippers will require a signature for delivery. You will need to sign
the delivery note to accept the goods. Please note any signature at the delivery
address will be accepted, it is your responsibility to inform anyone who may be
signing on your behalf the full procedure for signing and you will be bound by
the same terms and conditions as though you had signed the document yourself.
If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a card you must
contact the couriers direct. If we have had an item returned back to us due to
non-communication on your part, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs,
Please note we endeavour to deliver to addresses throughout the UK within 5 working days,
goods are dispatched as soon as your payment has been successfully received, however delays
are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. World of Camping, is under no liability
for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timescales. If you have not received your
item within 5 working days of completion of your order, please notify us on the 6th working day,
ebay@worldofcamping.co.uk.
There are 3 acceptable ways of signing the delivery note.
- Please sign with your signature if you are happy with the goods as delivered.
- In the unlikely event the parcel is delivered to you damaged, please write 'DAMAGED' on the delivery note with your signature.
- Sign with your signature plus the number of parcels received if not all parcels are present.
- If the delivery note is signed Unchecked or Uninspected or in any other way than the
three options above, we will not be able to process any claim for any reason.
- If there is no one in to sign for the item you will be left a card by the courier and
it will be your responsibility to contact the courier to arrange a re-delivery.
- If the item is returned to us because of incorrect address or failure to respond to
cards left by the courier then you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Correct Number of Parcels
Please check the delivery note for the amount of parcels you should receive. If they are not all delivered
it is very important you write on the delivery note the number of parcels you have received and contact us
within 24 hours of the delivery. If you sign for the amount of parcels shown on the delivery note but report
later that they were not delivered we will not be able to process any claim for the missing item.
Refusing Goods
Any item that is refused at the delivery address for any reason will incur additional carriage charges.
We will be charged for the item to be returned to us, which you will be liable for and there will be, an
additional charge for resending the item. This will be twice the original delivery cost, which must be paid before the item is resent.
Notification of Delivery of Incorrect Goods
If the wrong goods are delivered please notify us within 24 hours so we can arrange collection and delivery of your correct item.
Unsigned Deliveries
If goods are left by the courier unsigned please notify us within 24 hours.
Refunds and Returns
All our products come with a 7-day money back GUARANTEE. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us on 01209 20 32 20 and inform us of the problem and we will ADVISE on how to rectify the situation. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging and we GUARANTEE to refund your purchase price in full. We regret that we are not able to refund the delivery cost.
No refunds/replacements will be given for goods that have been damaged due to misuse, adverse weather conditions or inappropriate use.

The images used to show items for sale may not always be the actual item for sale, but may be attached to items
to represent their intended use. In these cases we will try to make a note within the product description of the
item making it clear that the image shown is not the actual product image.

All buyers email addresses are automatically added to our newsletter database - World of Camping may contact you by email from
time to time. To opt out of this mailing list, please follow the instructions in the email, and you will be removed from it.
We do not pass on your details to third parties under any circumstances.
