We ask all customers to kindly note the above address is our administration address, our stock is held at and processed from our unit in Dartford and unfortunately we can not accept customers calling in person at either location.

Your right to cancel:

We want all of our customers to be completely happy with every order with us so we offer a no quibble 30 day 'change of mind' policy should you wish to cancel an order because you have changed your mind. If you would like to cancel an unwanted order please notify us of your request to cancel via the eBay messaging service within 30 days of receipt and we will provide full details.

For 'change of mind' cancellations we will refund the original payment in full, in this instance we are not obligated to, and as such unfortunately can not, refund return costs. A refund will be made within 30 days of the cancellation notice.

Any media products which are removed from their cellophane wrapping by the customer are, by law, exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations and as such can not be accepted for 'change of mind' returns.

We request the goods are returned or made available for collection within 30 days of the cancellation request.
