All goods must be returned via recorded, insured method at your own cost. We cannot be held responsible for returns parcels lost in transit. It is the senderâ??s responsibility to ensure parcels are adequately insured. If the goods exceed £27 in value we strongly suggest that take out additional insurance.
If you are not happy for any reason we will accept return of faulty/unused goods in sealed original packaging for refund or replacement within 10 working days. You must obtain a returns authorisation number by following the procedures above. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In order that we can satisfy your requirements promptly we will need your full instructions, explaining the reason for the return and the action you wish us to take.
If exchanging for a more expensive item, please remember to include the additional payment.

Alternatively, Goods can be returned via the Royal Mail using the Pre-paid label Please remember to obtain a Certificate of Posting as in the unlikely event that your return is lost or damaged in transit we are only able to claim for goods up to the value of £36.00 with this certificate.
Once the parcel is received back into our warehouse, we will process an exchange or we will issue an immediate refund. We don't refund the original post and packaging charge (unless the item arrives damaged / faulty) but if you just want us to exchange the item then you don't pay any postage for the replacement.
