1. " Has my product been dispatched? "
When you recieve a dispatch notification from Ebay thats the day its dispatched from our warehouse, normally it can take 2 working days for delivery, If you are not in when the postman calls your item will be returned to the sorting office. Please contact your local sorting office
REMEMBER NOT ALL POSTMAN LEAVE CARDS!
2. " I have not recieved my product? "
If the product has not been delivered within 5 working days please contact Customer Services on 0044 (0)141 6389966 or email.
We are happy to resend any lost product ( usually after 15 working days as asked by Royal Mail ) 95% of our missing parcels are left in the sorting office! After the 15 days only then we can either refund or replace, this is stated in our terms and conditions.
3. " Can you send the product to a different location than my paypal address? "
We can only send on the address verified by Paypal as it protect us against fraudulent transactions. We have been advised by Paypal and Ebay not to send to unconfirmed addresses.
4. " Do you offer discount on postage and multiple purchases? "
There is 20% off the postage from your second product onwards if that option is availible on Ebay or for a special quote on multiple products you can pay over the phone and if the transaction is done by phone it will result in quicker delivery. 5. " How do I get the international postage price? "
The price of international postage is at the bottom of the page , you will have to change the country and select the postal service required and press enter, it will calculate the right price for you. If you would like a tracking service for your product then we suggest you select the Internationaly Signed For Service by Royal Mail or Parcelforce courier as this will make it easier to track your product(s).
6. " I need a tracking number? "
Majority of our parcels are sent by standard service. If you would like to track a parcel we suggest you select any of the Signed For services or Premium services offered. Otherwise we can not track a parcel on the standard service.
7. " How can I return the product to you? "
Please call Customer Services on 0044 (0)141 6389966 first as to why the product is being returned, also a note with the product, reason for return, your user id with contact details. 8. " Can I collect, what is the price and what is your address? "
Collection facility is now available subject to 10% less of the total fee including postage and package and the product price. for e.g.
Buy it now £8.00 and P.P. £2.00 total = £10.00 ( £10-10% = £9 ).
