1. To return unwanted or defective item/s please email us at email@example.com and let us know the nature of the problem.
2. If your item is not defective we accept returns for refund within 7 days working days from the date you received your order. In this case you are required to return the goods at your own cost and you will receive a refund for the item price of the order.
3. If your item is defective we accept returns for refund or replacement within 28 days of receipt of your order. In the event that a fault develops after this 28 days, you have a period of 6 months to report it to us. We review each query on a case by case basis in any event of a developed fault.
We recommend to send your item via standard post. We refund up to £10 on return postage for defective items. Please note our repairmen will check items returned to us for the reported fault. If no fault is found, this money will not be refunded.
4. Your item must be returned and registered in our warehouse before your replacement or refund is processed.
5. We will process your return within 48 working hours from receipt of the returned item in our warehouse. Reshipments will be sent with our courier (3-5 working days).
