Customer service is of utmost importance to me, in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your item please let me know immediately so I can try to solve the problem for you. Please allow me to try and resolve the problem before leaving feedback - I can't help if I don't know of the problem.

Dispatch times

I aim to post all of my items within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment (Saturday and Sunday are not working days).

If you require your item(s) to be sent to a different address to your Ebay file please send a request through Ebay messages only immediately after payment and I will do my best to honour your request. (Please note this is not always possible and I reserve the right to refuse your request). 

Collection

Collection is only available if stated.

Collection is from my storage centre in Liverpool L30 between 9am and 5pm weekdays. As the centre is unmanned a specific time must be arranged prior to collection. If you require collection outside of these times please enquire before purchasing the item.

If an item is available for collection it must be collected in person - you cannot arrange your own courier.

Collection items are to be checked before you take them away for cosmetic damage etc as no returns will be accepted unless item is not able to be tested until you arrive home (Electricals etc).

Returns

Returns are available on all items (unless stated), however postage will only be refunded if item has not been described accurately or item is faulty - in which case I will refund your return postage too.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt or I will reserve the right to refuse the return.

No postage will be refunded on items that are 'pick up only' i.e. if you collect an item it will be YOUR responsibility to return the item.

Payment

Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase.

The only methods of payments I accept are Paypal or Postal orders made payable to P.Styles.

Paypal is the only method of payment I accept from international buyers.

I will accept cash as a form of payment on collection items only.

Please note I do not accept personal cheques at all - any cheques received will be destroyed and buyer will need to cancel their cheque with their bank (Banks will usually charge £10 plus to do this).

Please do not bid if you do not intend to pay as non payers will be reported to eBay. If you have a genuine reason for delayed payment please let me know ASAP so I can relist the item or if possible reserve the item for a short period for you.
