The fault has developed within 12 months warranty period We will arrange a prompt repair. Once the item is returned to us and sent to our inspection team, if a repair is not possible, we will offer either a refund, store credit or a replacement product (stock permitting). The 12 month warranty starts from the date of the original purchase. If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product costs will be refunded.
