Update Driver Warning
Start -> Search for “Device Manager”
-> Open it- Find the “Unknown Device”
-> right click
-> properties- Driver
-> Update driver
-> Browse my computer
-> Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer- Double click “All devices”
-> Search for “Microsoft” in the left pane and select it
-> Search for “XBox 360 Wireless Receiver for Windows Version: 2.1xxx”- Choose “Next” and complete the installThe “Unknown Device” should then disappear from the devices list. I was then able to sync my existing wireless XBox 360 controller (which came with my XBox 360 console) with the adapter by pressing the large “X” button on the controller to wake it (it should start blinking), then pressing the button on the adapter (its light should start blinking), then pressing the receiver sync button on the controller (a small button in between the left shoulder button and the central top port of the controller). After a few seconds, the controller and adapter lights stopped blinking, leaving the top left light of the controller lit (the Player 1 state). Viola! Done.

For bigger or heavy parcels we send them via UK Mail which normally is next day (if order is before 2pm)

You must arrange for the safe return of goods to Angrypear Limited, the cost of which is to be borne by you, failing which, we will recover the goods, the cost of which will be deducted from any refund due to you.
On the cancellation of the transaction, we shall refund you the full cost of the transaction (cost of goods and outgoing postage) when the goods have been received by us or within 30 days of cancellation.
Where goods do not conform to the implied terms set out under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the cost of recovering the goods will be borne by us.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
If, upon delivery, your item is damaged or faulty you can return it to us for a replacement or refund. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery.
We will refund all costs associated with the purchase, including outgoing and return postage. The item should be returned to us in the condition it was received.
All refunds will usually be made by reversing your original payment within 7 days and at the latest within 30 days of receiving your returned item.

The warranty covers defective materials or workmanship, but does not cover misuse, wilful damage or normal wear and tear.
