You will receive a London Drum Company invoice with your goods, which acts as your warranty*. Please keep your invoice as proof of purchase.

*Please note that the warranty is with the manufacturer not LDC and consumable products such as sticks and drumheads are not covered. Warranties are between 1 – 2 years, please check at time of purchase.

We aim to despatch your goods within 24 hours of eBay sale RECEIPT; however please allow 2-3 working days from order date to despatch. We will always try to notify you of any potential delays with the despatch of your goods.

Unless stated all goods will be placed on a 48 hour service (Mainland UK). When sent by Royal Mail (smaller items) goods are subject to normal postal timings. London Drum Company was established in 2004. Based in Croydon, South London the business was set up on a foundation of the staff’s very unique and unrivalled experience in many areas of the music industry, our owner having worked for Pearl drums for over five years, toured extensively as drum tech with many internationally recognisable bands such as Red Hot Chili Peppers and REM plus a whole host of UK based bands including Feeder and Keane, LDC is the only supplier of drums and percussion in the UK that can draw on this firsthand experience to ensure we give the very best advice and service to our customers.

Our retail store stocks everything from DW, Pearl, Yamaha, Gretsch, Sabian, Zildjian, Mapex, PDP, Brady and many more brands, along with all the accessories you could ever need. 

Our trade business looks after the needs of many of the UK's highest profile professionals and we're also heavily involved in providing tour support to visiting pros from the US and Europe through our service centre contracts with the likes of Pearl, DW, Sabian, Vic Firth, Remo and many, many more.

Our regular clients include drummers such as Ralph Salmins, Ian Thomas, Geoff Dugmore, GARY HUSBAND, Neal Wilkinson, Mark Richardson, Jerry Brown and Pete Lewinson, Bands such as REM, Placebo, Foo Fighters, The Enemy and Kasabian. We also look after the needs of players like Chad Smith, Steve Smith and Taylor Hawkins when they're in the UK.
