IMPORTANT: Personalised goods are made to order and are not returnable, the same applies to perishable items, eg frozen food or flowers newspapers and magazines unwrapped CDs, DVDs and computer software.
An item will be refunded or replaced only if there is an error in the personalisation on our part; if goods arrive faulty or damaged; or the item is not as described. If there is any such problem with your order please let us know within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to help. We will copy and paste the information you supply us in order to fulfil your order. We often contact customers if something doesn't look "right" but the responsibility does lie with yourself and not us and the item will not be replaced or refunded if it is a customer error. By the very individual nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind. All other items except those mentioned above may be returned within 14 days. Please always email us first so that we can provide you with the correct return address and please state the order number, your name and any details. If you have not received your order within this suggested time frame please contact your local sorting office in case it has been left there for collection before contacting us (in case delivery has been attempted, but no card has been left.) If for whatever reason you do not receive your order within ten days of the date of dispatch we will not be held responsible for the loss of orders unless you have contacted us between 10-30 days after the original dispatch date. After 10 days we can then help with locating your order and possibly re-issue a duplicate. We hold the right to not send out a duplicate order after a 21 day waiting period is up. In the event of a duplicate order being dispatched due to a missing order and the original order eventually shows up you must decline the delivery so it will be returned to us. We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of despatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item. For damaged or faulty items please send photographic proof from yourself so that we can investigate further. We will be unable to help until we receive your photos. We cannot refund the postage cost incurred in returning goods (unless faulty) and we would strongly suggest you obtain a proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for goods that we don't receive. Please always inspect your goods as soon as you receive them and notify us as soon as possible, within 7 days if there are any problems. Please always contact us first before returning any item so that we can provide you with the correct returns address and instructions on how to return it.
