Items paid for by 10:00 Mon-Fri will normally dispatch Same Day if not Next Working Day (See 'Postage & Packing' information on the listing for delivery method) Delivery time to your address once dispatched will depend on carriage method stated in the listing. Please bear in mind that personalised and bulky items take longer. Orders received on a Friday may not dispatch until Monday although we will make every effort to send out. When ordering please notify us of any particular urgency

THE LISTING POSTAGE & PACKING COST IS FOR UK MAINLAND ONLY - If your delivery address is outside the Mainland please email us to confirm shipping cost. Extra charges normally only apply to items weighing over 1.5 kilos dispatching to Islands and  N Ireland
