Damaged goods on delivery:please inspect the packaging ie torn bags,damaged or open boxes before you sign for the goods,if damaged sign clearly as received as damaged,and promptly message us,if not signed as damaged,then we can not take the matter forward with the couriors,The couriors have a 24 hour time limit to report any damaged in transit queries,after that no claim will be processed.

Wrongly purchased items:

You have 7 working days to inform us that you are returning the item providing the part has not been fitted and still in its original packaging. We will check the returned goods and make sure they are in resalable brand new condition.  We will only refund original value of the goods less the postage for returned goods that are fully functional. If the packaging is damaged or parcel tape is used on the original box the part was in, we have the right to refuse the returned part. The common sense applies to returns as to anything so you should consider yourself as the next customer and must be satisfied with the appearance of the product as being brand new. 
Returns can only be made by prior arrangement, please message us via ebay for a return authorisation number. Unauthorised returns will be refused. You are always responsible for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods.
