Ink Levels will read as Empty or Ink Low
All Canon Remanufactured products from any seller will not display correct ink levels.
This DOES NOT affect the functionality of the cartridge.
You WILL STILL BE ABLE TO PRINT.
To get the best out of your cartridge always do a head clean before use and change the print mode to “BEST”

There are options to turn off the ink status monitor to avoid having the “low ink level” warnings and there are options available to be able to reset individual printers and this information can be found on any good forums on the Internet.

Please note as this is a remanufactured product and considerably cheaper than the OEM there may be a 0.1% chance that the cartridge may have a slight issue on arrival. This however can be simply fixed using our troubleshooting guide which can be requested by messaging us.
This is a much lower % fall out rate compared to other sellers. ALL REMANUFACTURED PRODUCTS WILL HAVE A % THAT FAIL.
