If you have a query upon receiving your goods please contact me before leaving feedback and I will endeavour to sort out any problem. Please note - feedback is quite time consuming so at busy times we carry it out in batches so we can devote more time to sales. We always get around to it eventually so don't despair.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are pleased with your item but in the unlikely event of a problem please contact us. We require photographic evidence of any damage or fault. Unfortunately there are those who lie to obtain further goods or refund - sad but true.

We are happy to refund on unwanted items. Simply return goods to us and we will refund sale price less postage. 

N.B. We refund postage if an item is unfit for purpose, misrepresented or we have made a mistake. In the event of an item being lost or damaged in the post we replace only. Royal Mail only compensate for the loss of the item. They do not refund postage even though they are admitting that they have not done their job - odd that!

All information contained in my listings is accurate to the best of my knowledge but occasionally mistakes do happen. Any omission or error is unintentional and not designed to mislead.
