DYNAMIC SOUNDS DS-BM003 - BMW Steering Wheel Stalk Control Adaptor for PIONEER CAR STEREOS

This interface connects a PIONEER stereo with a jack input (on the back of the unit) to the existing stalk/steering wheel controls of the vehicle.

BMW Steering Wheel Interface With Blaupunkt / Philips / Becker, BMW Old 17 Pin Round Connector Head Units compatible with the following Vehicles:

BMW 3 Series : 1998 to 2004 - E46
BMW 5 Series : 1996 to 2001 - E39
BMW 7 Series : 1994 to 2003 - E38
BMW Mini : 2001 to 2004
BMW X5 : 2000 to 2001 - E53

PLEASE NOTE: Please check the connection in your vehicle prior to ordering as you could possibly have a ROUND PIN CONNECTION or a FLAT PIN CONNECTION. This will determine the correct lead you need to purchase. If you have the 40 pin flat pin connection you will then require the ds-bm004 which can be found in our ebay store.

A stalk/steering wheel control adaptor enables you to utilise the original factory remote audio (whether built onto steering wheel or fitted on a stalk next to the steering wheel) with an aftermarket unit.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please make sure that is the correct Stalk Adaptor for your car by firstly checking to see if your make, model and year of car is listed in the advert. Secondly by checking to see if the connection in the picture listed is the same as you have in your vehicle.

If the connection in the car is different from what you see in the picture then this adaptor is NOT suitable.

For European orders we accept paypal and bank transfer only.

Shipping

Most orders completed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the same day, orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day (Mon-Fri).

Goods are shipped to the United Kingdom and European Union countries. We use DPD / Royal Mail for deliveries for Mainland UK. UPS: Service for Europe.

NORTHERN IRELAND / CHANNEL ISLANDS / NORTHERN SCOTLAND 3-5 DAY DELIVERY.

PLEASE ADD £10.00 POUNDS STERLING to the Paypal Payment. (This only applies to goods being delivered by a courier company and not Royal Mail.)

Delivery is only made on working days and not on weekends and holidays.

GOODS CAN ALSO BE COLLECTED FROM OUR SOUTH WEST LONDON SHOWROOM (NO EXTRA CHARGES).

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please make sure someone is home to sign for the parcel. Two delivery attempts will be made by the courier. If delivery is unsuccessfull the item is returned to us then there will be a REDELIVERY charge applicable.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 14 days from date of purchase less any applicable delivery charges.

If you have incorrectly ordered an item or an item which does not fit your car (prior to checking with us first) or simply just changed your mind there will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns.

Goods which have been used , installed and returned in a unsaleable condition will not qualify for a full refund.

Special Order items can not be returned.

It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and new packaging.

You will be wholely responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return.

Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to you.

Prior to returning any products, please contact returns@dynamicsounds.co.uk for a Returns Authorisation Number. Goods will not be accepted back without a valid returns Number.

Goods being returned under the Distance Selling Regulations cancellation must be put into writing and received within the 7-day period.

Any Faulty items have to be returned to us and the carriage paid by yourself. We will pay for the item to be returned to you.
