When purchasing one of our items either through auction or a buy it now purchase you have two options:

Checkout Later: You will be sent a winning bidder email within 3 hours and you can return to checkout within 7 days to complete the checkout process.

You may also continue purchasing additional items from our auctions or ebay shop - You have 7 days from purchasing your first item to checkout for all items purchased.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.
 
Our shipping fees are charged at cost so you never pay more than we do.

Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched either via royal mail 2nd class post or Interlink Next Day Service.

If you have seen an item and need it quicker than it states we can upgrade to next day service for £6.28 inc VAT. This can be applied to your orders if you call us or send us an email.

We accept returns.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.

It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the goods plus postage cost.

If the product is correct that we send but appears to be incorrect for your needs then the postage will not be refunded only goods.
