Dispatch time and Delivery/Shipping:

Order and pay before 2pm and we’ll dispatch the very same day! All other orders will be despatched the next working day.

Carriage is UK Mainland and not including some Highlands areas. Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle Mann, Wight etc all incur extra carriage please email BEFORE purchase.

Local collection is accepted. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.

Our usual delivery method is via Royal Mails 2^nd Class Service (which usually takes 2-5 working days to arrive in the UK). Occasionally we may use other services. If you would like an alternative service, please select this at checkout or contact us.

Please note some parcels may be too big to fit through your letterbox, and/or require a signature on receipt. The Royal Mail does not consider an item to be lost or missing until 15 working days or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered. Orders will be sent to the address you specify when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. Please allow extra time for busy periods (such as Christmas and bank holidays, or for parcels sent to a non-UK address).

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the buyer receiving the item (unless otherwise stated in the listing above). All items must be returned to us in the same (unopened, unused) condition you received it in. If the item is damaged, please return all original packaging with it. For items of less than £40 in value, we recommend you return it to us using standard 2^nd class delivery and obtain a free Proof of Postage certificate from the Post Office. Please note, unless the goods we sent you were wrong or faulty, we may deduct 15% of the price, as a restocking fee.
