SHIPPING ISSUES: All our items are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class (or 1st Class if selected at checkout). Items are posted by next available post.  From time to time items may be lost / delayed / or even damaged by Royal Mail, due to unforeseen circumstances. We can only report an item lost after 15 WORKING days in the UK, and after 25 days for International sales.   Please be aware of this before contacting us, or leaving negative feedback, as up to this time it may still arrive.  If it doesn't arrive by this time we will then take action.  Remember, the Mail Service is at fault and not us as we have already given it to them and obtained 'proof of posting.'

Mouse Mats are made of hard plastic and are hard wearing. I still use one that is 4 years old and it still looks good. Inserts are photographs.          Fridge Magnets and Keyrings are Hard Plastic / Acrylic and the inserts are photographs. Again we use them ourselves and have had no problems.  CDs & DVDs are new and most have a cellophane/plastic covering.  Book conditions are described on the listing, eg, New/ Used, etc.   Badges are also described on listings.
