We, Precision World, carry all of the warranty services, and are headquartered in the greater Los Angeles area (southern California), USA. Most of your possible problems can be solved over the phone with the help of our very experienced and well-trained technicians and engineers. We will send you parts and instructions for replacement if necessary. In very few cases, you may need to send your microscope back to our facilities in southern California for maintenance or repair.
