All items are in stock and are despatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received.

Items would be dispatched at 7am every morning via Royal Mail 1st class standard from Monday to Friday. And we stop taking orders at 5am. So, if you purchase after 5am, we are afraid to say that you have to wait until the next 7am comes.

PLEASE NOTE that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays would be dispatched on the next working day.

UK Delivery -- Royal Mail 1st Class Standard -- normally 1 - 2 working days, but not guaranteed.

Europe & Ireland -- Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail -- normally 3 - 5 working days, but not guaranteed.

We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 14 days from date of dispatch. Please contact our customer service team via eBay if your item is lost after the 14 day period. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS:

-- All items come with a 30 days covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.

-- If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect, please get in contact with us via eBay.

-- Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail sent to ac.teresalxx@gmail.com, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turn around Monday to Friday.

-- If you are not satisfied with our products (but excluding any damage caused by the users), please feel free to contact us for the return address. And we will refund you in full once we have received the items. Please keep the items sealed with the original packages.
