Shipping charges include VAT, postage charges, insurance, packing materials, time taken to pick sort pack label & delivery by us to the local post office (a four mile round trip) not just the cost of the stamp on the parcel.

most fast moving items are stocked here at our premises and are usually dispatched within 24 hours, those that are not are ordered from our suppliers who will either send to us for posting onward or from time to time will post direct to customer for us. we have always chosen & use reliable suppliers who hold stocks of all items listed, unless otherwise stated as clearance there is no reasons that stocks are not readily available, however from time to time as with all suppliers for reasons beyond control delivery times can vary, should this happen we will endevour to inform you of this.
