 POSTAGE / DELIVERY

Orders processed before 3:45 pm are dispatched same day, next day FedEx courier service where available is for mainland UK only and excludes offshore locations, Northern Ireland, Islands, Highlands and certain postcodes in Scotland. Lesser expensive items may be sent using first class post to reduce postage costs however we can not offer any insurance for none delivery if you choose the standard first class (i.e uninsured) option rather than courier delivery. Please note that areas not covered by our daily couriers will have to be sent using a royal mail service unless otherwise agreed before checkout is completed. We ask that you include a contact telephone number when completing checkout on ebay this is for us to place on the couriers manifest, our couriers will not  take parcels without a contact number. A signature is required for each parcel. Parcels sent out on the standard next day courier can be delivered any time between 7:00 am & 6:00 pm. If nobody is available to sign for the parcel then the driver will leave a card and you will have to arrange a collection or redelivery. Please unpack and check all items before signing for them, we can not be held responsible for any items that have been signed for and then later reported as damaged. We will not be held responsible for any losses incurred either direct or indirectly as a result of delayed delivery of any items. If you have any specific delivery requirements i.e before 9:00am, Saturday, etc.... please do not hesitate to contact us.

All prices shown on ebay listings INCLUDE Vat at the current rate. We will accept payment by Paypal, postal order or personal / business cheques and credit or debit cards, if paying by card please contact us on the number shown above between 8:00 and 5:30 to make your payment. Payment is only accepted in British Pounds. Please complete checkout and send payment within 48 hours of completing a purchase.

REFUNDS / RETURNS

We will gladly refund the full payment amount (excluding carriage) if you are at all dis-satisfied with an item or find it is not suitable for the purpose you bought it for as long as the item is returned in its original condition and unused within 14 days of receipt. We can not refund the original outgoing carriage charge. Any parts that are returned as faulty will need to be accompanied by a report from a suitably qualified person detailing the exact nature of the fault and the reason for return. All parts should be installed by a suitably qualified person. Return carriage charges have to be at the buyers expense and items must be sent recorded or courier delivery to enable a full refund. Please e-mail us before returning any items, a friendly service is assured.
