Our products and prices are subject to change. Promotional prices/offers only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Whilst we try to ensure that prices are accurate at all times, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel.

All goods and services are subject to availability. Any product stock or availability information supplied is an estimate only. 5.3 Unwanted Goods (within 14 days of receipt)
Provided your purchase remains unused and 'as new' we will accept the item back for a full refund up to 14 days after receipt without question. This refund does not extend to the original cost of delivery or return costs. The customer is responsible for the return of all goods. Your item will need to be inspected before reimbursement is made. To exercise your right to cancel, you must contact us prior to returning any goods.

No goods are accepted outside of the 14 day returns policy.

GIZMO-DEALS use mail services to despatch items to customers.  UK items are sent via Royal Mail or courier, depending on order value.  Foreign orders are sent Airmail. In the unlikely event that items do not arrive the buyer must allow 15 days (UK) and 21 days (outside UK) to establish the item as lost.  After that period has expired the buyer must contact GIZMO-DEALS. A lost item form will be sent to the buyer and once returned a replacement order will be sent.
