If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note we can only refund/replace items we receive. For larger/heavier items sent by courier please contact us to arrange a collection. For items sent via Royal Mail, please send to the address stated on your ebay invoice.
