The Pegasus Athena whirlpool bathtub is made from 5mm acrylic sheet reinforced with GRP and features an encapsulated baseboard. The bathtub measures a luxury 1800x900mm. Taps and bath panels are not included in the price.
Budget Whirlpools from Pegasus Whirlpool Baths UK feature 4 chrome venturi jets either side of the bath to give a thorough and even massage effect. A simple pneumatic on/off control sends a puff of air to a remote air switch and starts the 1hp whirlpool pump which, in turn, circulates the water around the bathtub through the jets. The force of the water massage can be varied by adjusting the amount of air mixed with the water. Less air for a gentle massage to ease stress and strains, more air for easing aches and pains.
The Athena bath is made from 5mm acrylic and is supplied with a manufacturer's 20 year guarantee.
